Favourite books by Julia Donaldson

This week in Literacy we have been focusing on books written by Julia Donaldson. She has written some amazing stories! Write a description of your favourite story. Don't forget to describe the setting, the characters, the problem and the resolution!

    1 big mole diggs a small whole. Has a giant garden. With green grassy grass and somewhere to get refreshments

  3. One ted falls out of bed is a number book.Its about a a ted that falls out of bed and needs help. This story starts with a little boy and his ted falls out of bed .There are 3 mice and ted who ride in four cars, gaze at five stars, have tea with six dolls,have pillow fights with 7 trolls,he met 8 frog musicians who help him make a huge stair high enough to build it to the bed. Suddenly the stair falls down and poor ted started to cry . Then the little boy rubbed his eyes and noticed that ted wasn't there and picked him up. from Shriya

  4. Julia Donaldson was born in 16 september 1948 .Her age is 65 she is from North London and studied Drama and French at Bristol University. She is a Guinness world record breaker.
    In 1993, one of her songs was made into a book, A Squash and a Squeeze. Since then she has written over a hundred books and plays for children and teenagers, including the award-winning rhyming stories The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom, The Snail and the Whale and Zog, all illustrated by Axel Scheffler, which are among the UK’s best-selling picture books.She worked for a few years in publishing and as a teacher.She has a husband called Malcolm he is a guitar player. Sometimes they they go to different places and sing songs about them.There Favourite one is in Italy about pasta . Shriya ( this is my homework).

  5. My favourite Julia Donaldson book is called 'Chocolate Mousse for a Greedy Goose'. It is about a bowl of chocolate mousse getting eaten by a greedygoose.
